In 11th grade I brought my sister's old PlayHut which was shaped like a school bus to school. I brought it into US History and had it around my desk (see picture to the left). This was quite amusing to the other students so naturally I had to have some more fun with it. Later in the day during my lunch period, I got this bus out and proceeded to drive it around the school |
hallway. This was quite fun, and the other students who were
still in class during my lunch period (there were 2 lunch periods) found this very funny. Especially when I went out to the modular buildings -the pods as we called them- and walked past the door of Mrs. Fackler-Bretz's class. Each time I walked by her class would burst into laughter, much to the confusion of Mrs. FB. She never did look over to the door to see me in the hallway with my bus. The end of lunch came, and sadly the bus had to retire for awhile. But I did drive this bus around the bus circle at the end of the day to smile and wave at Principal Wight. |
